Mountain West Burrito

I ate lunch this past week at Mountain West Burrito and meet the owner, Joe Swain. It was a pleasure to meet him and I am excited to have his counter service Burrito place in Provo. It's not just another Burrito in town but rather its food that we can trust to eat. He is passionate about serving quality foods that are sourced from our states local farmers. This means by supporting Mountain West Burrito we are also supporting local farms. It also means that his food is not striped of important nutritions and high quality. Cafe Shambala

I ate dinner at Cafe Shambala with the ODNSLC crew. The most ordered meal was the Chicken curry tibetan style and really enjoyed the food that was served to us. After we finished our food, I spent a couple minutes interviewing the owner of this whole in the wall eatery.

India Palace

I ate dinner tonight at India Palace with my buddy. We ordered chicken tikka masala, chicken korma, tandoori naan and tandoori Roti. After we finished our food, I spent four minutes interviewing Amrik.
