I ate lunch this past week at Mountain West Burrito and meet the owner, Joe Swain. It was a pleasure to meet him and I am excited to have his counter service Burrito place in Provo. It's not just another Burrito in town but rather its food that we can trust to eat. He is passionate about serving quality foods that are sourced from our states local farmers.
